Who we are

Founded by pastry chef Erica Caputo, The BakeYard is rooted in craft and comfort. From cream puffs to biscuits, our bakes are designed to feel like home - only better.

What started as The New Old-Standard Baking Co. (NOSBco.), in my home kitchen in Savannah, Georgia, quickly gained traction as a 

We are chef-driven, and uniquely nostalgic. Our menu blends Southern heritage with French technique, crafting bakes that are both familiar and unexpected. Every monthly bakery box tells a story — one of tradition, artistry, and the joy of slowing down with something special.
